Horrible customer service. Sean claims to be a manager but turns out he really isn't. They messed up my order after texting me saying it was ready for pick up and didn't even have it. Sean would do nothing to help, absolutely nothing. I guess it makes sense now since he was a pretend manager. I called another store, spoke to a real manager who took 5 minutes to look at other stores inventory and locate my item. This real manager even called the store and made sure they put it on hold.
I purchased all 6 major appliances. My entire move into my new house was scheduled around this delivery. One delivery day, the wrong dishwasher was delivered even though it was ordered correctly and the gas range was ordered incorrectly by the associate. Now I am without a range and unable to cook for my 7 m/o son. After multiple phone calls and trips to the store I am told the best that anyone can do is reorder the 2 appliances and i would have to wait another 10 days after my original delivery date. There is no way to expedite and I am unauthorized to pick up MY PAID appliance. This is completely unacceptable!!!! Home Depot's errors now cost me money, and put my family's health at risk. In closing, I am in a new house without proper means to cook for my child and I am being told tough luck, you still have to wait. I will never shop with Home Depot EVER
I came for a battery. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted. The young guy stopped what he was doing to help me find what I needed. He was actually able to look it up online and use that information to help me locate the item in the store. It took 3 minutes tops. Thank God I wasn't in Walmart. I wouldn't have been able to find anyone and I'd bet once I did, they'd have no clue of what I was talking about or where to find it. I paid more but, my time is worth it. I'll be back again.
Over my last 3 visits, none of the staff would stop to help me find items. I had to use the website to find my items otherwise I would have spent hours in there for just a couple of things. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because of one very polite young man who was gathering carts. Please if management reads this, teach your inside staff how to treat customers.
