My husband and I initially chose LazBoy because my parents own a sectional and we both loved fell in love with the comfort it provided. It was black Friday weekend and we decided it would be the perfect time to take the plunge and buy a new sofa. When we walked into the store we were immediately greeted by Chris the sales associate. Chris was available yet allowed us the space to enjoy the Laz Boy experience. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and was able to show us exactly what we were looking for in a couch. We asked for a wide seat sectional sofa that would allow us to sit comfortably without feeling like we were propped up. My husband and I are both fairly tall so we have a hard time getting comfortable on regular couches that do not have a deep seat. Chris showed us multiple sofa's (5 to be exact) and all the options that were available with each. The selection was fantastic and we had such a difficult time deciding between two different sectionals. When we chose our sofa, Chris was extremely helpful with making sure the sale was quick, easy and painless. We enjoyed the whole experience and will be back soon to add to our collection of LazBoy furniture.
Abbi the designer was great. Helped me pick out the whole room with lots of textures and unique prices. She even came to my house and measured to be sure of the perfect fit. Great La-z-Boy quality as expected.
Sales people were nice. They left us alone until we needed one of them. Then they answered all our questions. Financing was easy. I'm happy with the quality of the furniture we bought. The delivery people were great!! It's a little on the pricey side though.
Visited laZboy on Hwy 40 to shop for a recliner. Received attention from salesclerk shortly after I entered, was educated on what was available but then given freedom to roam on my own. Delighted to find a Manager's special sale that fit my needs perfectly! Great service, excellent price, and the delivery service was quick and the best I have ever experienced for a large item delivery-accurately told me exactly when it would arrive in a 2 or 3 hour window! I recommend this place for both quality and service!
John was very helpful in sharing information about different types of furniture to help us choose something for our parents, he was friendly every time we came in and helped in do so closure. Professionalism and friendliness made all the difference.
