The prices really aren't that great... A big store, but not much variety. Most of the time, it's a disappointment. A far step down from DSW.
I really could have used some help when I was in there but the man who was working was too busy avoiding everyone that I ended up looking for what I needed myself. I was NOT impressed with his lack of customer service. I did get the shoes I was looking for after looking for half an hour. He greeted everyone that came into the store but that was the extent of it. Wish there were another store I could go to. Maybe I will try White Marsh!
They have a nice selection, and the prices are good. The clerk was also very nice.
Good selection of brands. Nice sales, sometimes even great deals within clearance section.
Never crowded and employee was very friendly and helpful.
