Down right nasty.. got the plate was charged for the bigger plate. The side dish of veggies were down right nasty I did not eat them. Looks and tast old and waterlogged. The chicken was good Tho. And the staff was friendly
I went there to get food tonight . 1st nobody was willing to come help . Then finaly this girl came wearing no Gloves no head ban started handling the food but she used the tools so which was acceptable. Came home started eating and doing her hair in the food . So disappointed lost my appetite. Not going back for sure
The drive-thru was blocked off so I took a chance and dined in. Big mistake. The first sign that should have been a warning, the A/C was dripping on people. I ordered the snack ragoons and shrimp there were no shrimp on the board and the ragoons looked burned. So the girl walked away and dropped fresh. I got my meal and was given the burned ragoons and had to ask after the meal was complete where the shrimp was. With as many people behind the counter you would think they wouldn't have these issues but the teenage employees were too busy goofing off to actually be doing their jobs. While there another customer said she never received something but decided it wasn't worth dealing with and walked out. One of the guys was flirting with another customer.
I love panda express but every time I go here there is hair in my white rice.. I called the health department we will see how it plays out.. Staff is friendly but that's about it
