An honest mechanic!! Hard to come by so go there
Mr. Michael the manager was AWESOME. Excellent customer service with checking me in and making sure I had everything I needed. Eddie, the mechanic, who serviced my car did great with my oil change. He brought my car to the door and promptly checked me out once service was completed.
My experience was horrible ! I paid the company $400 to get my car fixed because it was over heating they called me literally the end of the week so i thought that it was ok not a big deal. My car started just fine before they worked on it i went to the gas station and then tried to start my car again and it would not come on. I called them immediately to report the issue they told me to bring it back to the shop. so i had to pay another $100 just to get it towed. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. when i asked to speak with a manager they said he wasn't in every time. Then they stated that the guy that worked on my car got fired. I honestly do not care about who got fired my car is not fixed and i had paid them $400 like this is suck an inconvenience. They are now telling me that it is my starter and it will be $388 to fix it. my starter was never an issue until they tried to fix my car. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR TO THEM AGAIN ! Every time i call them it goes straight to voicemail !
Service is terrible. I had a 9:00ish appointment (over a month ago) to have brakes done. I dropped the car off and told them I need it back BY 4pm. Come 4:15, the car STILL is not done. The car was not done until 6:30 (actually AFTER closing time), a lot of complaining and I was charged more that I was told it would be. It took THAT long to do brakes? When I asked why the bill was so high, (as the car needed calipers, I asked how much more the total would be and I was given a quote on those additions) they explained that it is all written in the receipt. I origonally requested that the brakes ONLY be replaced as they told me I needed new rotors. I said JUST PUT ON THE BRAKE PADS, but they then decided to turn the rotors smooth without informing me and charged me for it as well. The bill was about $250 more than I was quoted. I wrote Corporate Headquarters but STILL have had no response. Maybe I need to physically handle this myself to get the issue resolved and make myself feel better. I expect police to be called. This place is a scam.
This is a great location to go to. I have been here about 3-4 times in the last few months and each time they are able to help me. The issues were addressed and they have informed me what needs to be done to fix it. This is my current mechanic and I will continue to go there.
