Great place with very healthy fish . And very willing to answer questions
If I could give zero stars, I would have. Have been there on numerous occasions so this is not based on one visit. This store is dirty, hot, humid, and the two raggedy workers/owners are rude. Not sure why we went back for more of the same but we figured we give them the benefit of the doubt. Half of what they have in their tanks they say are NFS (not for sale). If that’s the case, then why have them on display?? The female that works there is not too terrible but the long gray-haired hippie that skulks around in there is extremely unprofessional and rude. We will not be going back again...EVER!!! They have a good selection but again, half of it is NFS, so don’t get your hopes up. Lots of dead fish floating in with the live ones and lots of babies that are...you guessed it...NFS. Surprised they haven’t gone out of business with the bad attitudes and large amount of NFS fish...in a fish store but they certainly won’t be getting our business or anyone who we can tell not to go there. Byeee!
There were many times I wanted to post a review, but then I thought maybe I shouldn't but here I am now. This place has the worst customer service ever. They treat their customers really really bad. They keep you wait for everything and they show attitude when you ask them a question. They never greet you when you come to the store and smile for them costs 1 million dollars. Sometimes they bring in beautiful fish, but I will never go to this store ever again. That place is not welcoming at all.

Going here for years. Joanne and Steve are very knowledgeable. Fish are kept very well. Unlike the box stores, they will only sell the healthy fish..
